Gradation Processing (GP)

Gradation Processing controls the global contrast, brightness and density of the final Image. It represents the fundamental image processing that controls the grayscale of a final image.

Example of GP image processing

Gradation processing identifies which part of an image requires higher contrast such as the mediastinum in the Chest Image and/or how much density is required in a typical bone image.

Example of applying the bone
gradation also to the chest
Example of applying the optimum
